Anyone else binge-watch your way through the new season of House of Cards in under a week? YEAH. Thought so. So you get why I'm totally jonesing for a Kate Mara fix right now, because that just didn't cut it! *SOB*
We've been long time admirers of Kate's off-screen style here at Fitzroy. Her look could be described as menswear with a ladylike twist, or feminine-tomboy; just a little bit unexpected and totally on point. She'll dress up a smart trouser with a sweet jeweled collar and pointy shoe, or pair a delicate dress with a dark smokey eye and some edgy metallic details. In true it-girl off duty style she rocks her Celine with a pair of cons and we can't get enough.
And while her sister OWNS the red carpet, Kate's own glammed-up look is always incredibly chic and fashion-forward, making our best-dressed list on more than one occasion. Not to mention her enviable, perfectly wavy golden bob that has us just about ready to chop our own locks. Yeah yeah I know, she's been cast in some superhero movie where she'll be all blue (I think?) but we need more of this Kate in our lives, like now. (This is my "bargaining" stage of grief over Zoe Barnes. Or maybe I'm still in denial.)
